Living Launch Pad launches a new real estate development service and website. Living Launch Pad focuses on real estate development for residential and commercial real estate – with a focus on co-living, coworking, Millenial Housing, Digital Nomad housing, house renovations and general real estate contracting.
Living Launch Pad is led by its founder and chief builder, Timur Khan, who has 15+ years of real estate experience working in both residential and commercial real estate projects across the world.
Living Launch Pad is currently working on several projects in both the USA and abroad – including commercial real estate adaptive reuse as well as co-living projects in digital nomad havens including Tulum, Bali, and Medellin.
2021 will be an exciting year for Living Launch Pad as we embark on a real estate adventure building new communities around our new developments.
We look at real estate as a way to build communities and bring people together – with the rise of digital nomads and working remotely – people are looking for spaces that can offer them a full suite of services – that’s where Living Launch Pad comes in.
Living Launch Pad’s current premier project is 824 Marin, where we are bringing in all aspects of community co-living and coworking.
